Terms of Service
Last updated 29 August 2026
These terms cover your use of BeeLeaf at beeleaf.app. By creating an account you agree to them.
What BeeLeaf is
A personal dashboard for tasks, habits, budgets, bills and goals. It is an organising tool. It is not financial, tax, legal or investment advice, and it does not connect to your bank or move money. Figures you see are the ones you entered.
Your account
- You need a Google account to sign in, and you are responsible for keeping it secure.
- One account is for one person. Do not share your login.
- You must be at least 13 years old.
Subscriptions and billing
- Plans are billed monthly or annually in advance through Stripe.
- Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel.
- Cancelling stops future payments. You keep full access until the end of the period you have already paid for. Cancelling does not, by itself, refund anything.
- Changing plans mid-cycle is prorated by Stripe: you are charged or credited the difference rather than starting a fresh period.
- Prices may change. Existing subscribers get notice by email before a change applies to them.
Money-back guarantee
If BeeLeaf is not for you, email support@BeeLeaf.app within 14 days of your first subscription and we will refund it in full. This is one guarantee per customer, measured from your first payment — later upgrades and downgrades do not start a new window. Outside that window, payments already made are non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise.
Your content
Anything you put into BeeLeaf — tasks, notes, receipts — stays yours. You give us only the permission needed to store it and show it back to you. By uploading, you confirm you have the right to do so.
If you believe something stored here infringes your copyright, email support@BeeLeaf.app with the work concerned, where it sits, and your contact details, and we will remove it. Accounts that repeatedly infringe are closed.
Ask AI
Ask AI sends a summary of the page you are on to a third-party AI provider, as described in the Privacy Policy. It is optional and runs only when you press it. Its answers are generated and can be wrong; they are not financial, tax or legal advice, and you should not rely on them as such. Check anything that matters before acting on it.
Disputes
Most problems are settled fastest by email, so please write to support@BeeLeaf.app first and give us 30 days to put it right.
If that does not resolve it, you and BeeLeaf agree to settle the dispute by binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, rather than in court, and that claims will be brought individually and not as a class action. Arbitration is conducted where you live or by video unless we agree otherwise, and BeeLeaf pays the filing fees the Consumer Rules require of it.
Two exceptions: either of us may bring a claim in small-claims court instead, and nothing here stops you reporting a concern to a regulator. You may reject this arbitration agreement within 30 days of first accepting these terms by emailing support@BeeLeaf.app with the subject “Arbitration opt-out”, and doing so affects nothing else about your account.
Acceptable use
- Do not attempt to break, overload, or gain unauthorised access to the service.
- Do not resell or redistribute BeeLeaf as your own product.
- Do not use it for anything unlawful.
Your data
What you put into BeeLeaf remains yours. We store and process it only to run the service, as described in our Privacy Policy. You can request an export or deletion at any time.
Availability
We work to keep BeeLeaf running but do not promise uninterrupted service. Maintenance, outages at our hosting or payment providers, and faults can all interrupt access. Keep your own records of anything you cannot afford to lose.
Ending the agreement
You may stop using BeeLeaf and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, and where it is reasonable to do so we will tell you why first.
Liability
BeeLeaf is provided as-is. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including decisions you make based on figures you entered.
Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced by email before they take effect, and continuing to use BeeLeaf afterwards means you accept them.
